Looking for a fun, creative afternoon? Join the Mulberry Public Library, Mulberry Cultural Center, Mulberry Phosphate Museum, and Studio 37 for Find Your Whimsy—a free community event where you can explore, create, and discover all that Mulberry has to offer!
Each organization will host its own unique hands-on activity, giving you the chance to experience a variety of creative projects all in one place. Visit every station, try something new, and let your imagination lead the way!

Paint Along Saturday: Mushroom Forest
Let's learn how to create an acrylic painting with Jyllian!
You see something hiding, just out of the corner of your eye... A family of mushrooms! This month, we'll be making our own paintings and studying from this magical scene upon the roots of a mossy tree. Guided by our instructor Jyllian, we'll learn how to use acrylic paint to capture the light peering through a forest, and play with the fun shapes of mushrooms!
Supplies will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself! No prior experience is needed.
Opening Reception of "A Sense of Place: Visions of Polk County by Krzysztof Wasko"
Featuring bold and dynamic paintings created by Chris Wasko, this body of artwork is destined to resonate with our community of patrons and supporters. This particular collection is deeply inspired by the impressions, memories, and personal connections that have been made throughout Polk County.
Our opening reception for this exhibition will take place on September 3, 2026 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. All are welcome, and refreshments will be provided. We would love to see you at this celebration of Wasko's work, and we look forward to sharing the exhibition with everyone!

The Mulberry Cultural Center would like to invite you for a special exhibition commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States of America.
From hometown porches to historic turning points, we welcome artwork that reflects the people, places, movements, and imagery that define the American story.
Join us on May 14, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for the opening reception of “The Red, White, and Blue” - a diverse collection of artworks that explore what living in this country means to these featured artists.
Paint Along Saturday: Butterfly Bloom

"In the Making, 2026" Opening Reception
Join us at the Mulberry Cultural Center for the opening celebration of our upcoming exhibit, "In the Making, 2026". This show will feature the works of Advanced Placement students from Ms. Lisa Elder-Willman's class at Mulberry Senior High School.
If you've already seen Willman's work featured in "Between Flight and Footprint" these past few weeks, then the quality of artwork coming from her students will be of no surprise to you. This collection is full of variety, color, experimentation, and storytelling. We are so excited to share their creations with you, along with some purchasable renditions of their artwork!

Rock N' Learn
